there are few forums worth hanging out at, in my opinion. Especially if they are haunted by a self appointed demigod or two... That's what I like about here, just a bunch of good ol' boys who share common interests and don't have anything to prove. And the fact that we often meet up in person and also help each other out and share prayer requests and life events - that's all icing on the cake.

Been away for a while, taking a break from the forums. Got to reading too many, and I was going nuts from all the silly comments. I don't even read the comments on the newsfeeds, just drives me insane.

Anyway, I just put a new S&W Model 69 .44 Magnum on layaway, so I'm pretty excited about that. Once I get it, have to get with Rob Leahy about a holster for it.
