nervous and I don't think I sent in the warranty card. Sounds like they are going to fix them anyway though. I actually prefer the laser grip over the grips that came on it laser or no.

emailed them and got a quick response back (reply)

Told me to call their 1 800 number and when I did they asked a couple of questions, gave me an authorization number and told me to send it to them. At this point looks like very good customer service.

Crimson Trace should take care of you... (reply)

...or, Eagle Grips offers some very nice choices. Check out the new Delta Grip from Ergo Grips too, it's odd looking but feels neat and works well, and they are only $20.

Grips for a Smith Airweight 637 38?

I put Crimson Trace grips on my Smiff last fall - they died on me last week. Fresh batteries did nothing. I'm checking with CT but don't hold out much hope on them getting replaced. I am NOT putting on another laser grip otherwise and really don't like the original grips. Any suggestions? This is typically my pocket gun.
