The R model is the factory carbine. A 32-20 in a package that is smaller and lighter than most 22 rifles.... Kinda the perfect woods bumming rifle.

The Remington 25's are neat pump action rifles. Accurate, reliable, a snap to field strip and clean... Stick a Lyman tang sight on one (After you sell off both your kidneys to afford it...) and you've got on heck of fun rifle....

it is an amazing rifle. Sorta like a 22Mag that you can reload for. Should see what it does to a big jack with a 85 gr CB....DRT.

Gunbroker has a 1895cl 25-20 for under 500.00 I thought that was a great deal..
