The building I referred to has been empty for a while, maybe a great deal was struck. Hope it doesn't crimp Denny Dennis, I heard it while I was there yesterday.

They are renovating a former furniture store at the back side of the Gravois Bluffs retail center. Hwy 141 and 30.
