I'm hoping Remington releases another run of 357 Max brass in the near future. I have a couple hundred pieces of new brass in my stash but would like to pick up another 500 to feed a Blackhawk and a Contender.

Very nice. I love the 357 max. Always wished someone would make a lever gun chamber in the max.

Please post any pictures you get of game that your kid takes with that gun. I've always thought that the .357 Max in a carbine would make a really effective hunting gun.

This 357 H&R Handi barrel returned from Mike Bellm today. I had him rechamber it to 357 Max, shorten to 18", recrown and install an XS front sight base. The rear peep sight fits in existing scope base holes. I'm putting this together for my son with the youth stock. I have to yet strip and refinish the stock and forearm. He'll be 2 yrs old in January so I have plenty of time for this project. This started with a new 35 Whelen Handi rifle, I sold the barrel and sent receiver back to factory for the 357 mag barrel because I wanted the stronger SB2 receiver.
