Bought a "compliant" S&W MP-15/22 (reply)

I've been running a "non-compliant model" for a year now. Wanted to set it up like my Coyote rifles so I took off the sights, scoped it and added MAGPUL furniture. I really like it.

Bought a "compliant" S&W MP-15/22

Decent price and they finally got a batch of them into my fave gunstore. Usually, they sell out fast.

Compliant how?

1) the collapsible stock does not collapse; that is illegal in NJ. It is pulled out to its furthest extension and then locked into place. Fits OK.

2) The usualy 25-round capacity magazine has been blocked to accept only 10. It is even marked "10."

Adjustible sights are quite robust looking and should be decent out to 50 yards.

Needed a semi-auto .22 and this fit the bill. Have not yet had the chance to shoot it.
