With proper safety instruction.....the failure was on my part for not following them. Hell, don't think I have ever heard now that I think about. Can I sue Arrow for not reading the instructions, hurting myself and blaming them for the accident???? Seems that is the modern thing to do!!!!

Not me, I am old school, I take responsibility for my accident and therefore blame no one but myself, too bad more people don't do that, might be a better world to live in
