I was working in the ER when my Daddy died. I was there when he coded and did not make it....Early the next morning I got a call from a teenage young'un that worked with me as an orderly. He said "I just heard about your Dad man and I think it sucks" It was sincere and came from his heart and meant more to me than he knows.

Truer words were never spoken.

May He provide the strength.

You waged your battle valiantly as a family and saw your little boy through crisis after crisis. Dashiell was very loved by his family, that much was obvious. The cancer was horrible but you loved him wonderfully and made his life good. I really wish I knew words of comfort to say. Prayers sent.
