run over and hack to death this guy in the streets and hang around 20 minutes waiting for cops with guns to show up. Then then take on the cops and get shot for their troubles.

Do that in Texas, with all the CHLs around, and it wouldn't take 20 minutes for somebody to blow them away. They would last about as long as spit on a hot griddle.
