<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Benchmade typically has blades that aren't real wide and don't have a lot of belly so this knife is a big departure for them.  Some people like it, some people don't.  I don't understand the complaints about it because it is styled like other brands such as Zero Tolerance and they have a loyal fan club.  Benchmade brought out about a dozen new knives this year, some for general utility use and some that would be better suited for hunting.</p>
<p>I think it is a real good knife but I prefer blades a bit more pointed myself.  (I've been carrying a Bradley Alias 1 this week.)</p>

<title>Benchmade has a new folder....</title>
<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>...that I am very impressed with.  3 1/8&quot; drop-point blade made out of 154CM (one of my favorite knife steels -- 154CM was the steel that Bob Loveless established his reputation with), textured G-10 scales that I'm sure won't get slippery when they get wet or bloody, and an open design to make it easy to clean.  A VERY well thought out and solidly built knife!</p>
