Bisley FT .44 Special came home today (reply)

I have one of these with a 5-1/2 inch barrel. They are, if you'll pardon the anachronism, the bees knees. I'd seriously thought of doing one on a .357 Flattop when these appeared on the scene and I scooped mine up. On of my three favorite revolvers (the others being the small frame Ruger Bisley .32 H&R and a Freedom Arms Model 97 six inch in .41 Magnum that I shoot with 210 grain cast 1000 fps handloads.)

These NM frames w/the 44spl... (reply)

are just the bees knees. I haven't have so much fun shooting a firearm in a long time. Using 245 gr CB at 1050 fps which is very pleasant to shoot. However my front blades are too short even with the rear sight screwed all the way down. I'm gonna get higher front sights.
