If you are shooting a Pedersoli Kodiak, it will handle slugs well. Give James Gates of Dixie Slugs a call. 352-542-2100. He has a couple customers with the Kodiaks that have used his hardcast slugs in them. One is a 1 3/8 oz Truncated cone hollow base ( the TUSKER) The other is his full bore flat nose 1 3/4 oz TERMINATOR.

I also have a few from a Lyman that I modified the base plug to cast a heavy 1 1/4+ oz slug. However they are a bit smallish. .720+. If memory serves me, the Pedersoli's are about .735 in the groove?

I have a Petersoli 12 bore rifle that shoots great with patched round balls..
I know, I know....why mess with a winner....
Still, I would like to try shooting some 12 gauge foster style slugs from it and see how they regulate.

Anyone have a few cast slugs they would sell?
