About the only ones I ever toss... (reply)

Are the ones that show uo am air bubble in the base after sizing them. Sometimes they won't show up visually at all till sizing and then there it is and others you can just tell by looking it has a void. I toss those back. IIRC, Glen's book said its from getting my spruce plate to hot. Haven't had a casting session since then and need to get back to it, especially now that I have a new Lee 230 TC for my .45's with the standard lube groove:)

Took your advice. It was load rejects day. Decided to try an experiment and loaded up 100 45 ACPs with reject bullets waiting to go back into my pot, see how they do at 25, 50, and 100 yards. I know what my 1911 is capable of, and I may try a few in the Flattop 45 as well.
