The site needs cookies to run, (reply)

I run Kaspersky, but it doesn't automatically delete cookies. I ALWAYS delete them manually before I shut down. If that's what's doing it, no problem - just wondered why.

Thanks, Y'all!

The site needs cookies to run, (reply)

you might check and see if your browser is allowing the site to set a cookie when you log in. The ONLY thing these cookies do is ensure that it's YOU that is doing the posting. We don't track anyone's anything, but without cookies it would be possible for a hacker to hijack your session and do who knows what. So that's the first place I'd look. You might try a different browser than your usual.

Here's the URL to some of the more common ones, all much better than Mickey$oft's "Internet Explorer" (TM)

Firefox

Opera

Chrome

Hey Paul...

How come when I log in, the site kicks me off after about five minutes and I have to log in again to post or reply? (Yeah, I know - when I'm talkin' people tend to wander away after a few minutes, but I hate it when the computer does it too.)
