An over abundance of greens...........
Our family loves greens and the garden has delivered an over abundance of beautiful turnip greens this morning...more than we can eat over the next couple of days...
Does anyone know of a way that they can be put back...canned...frozen...dried...etc...

that's what we used to do with all our left overs
Most all greens I have cooked then frozen do well.
