Living her dream...

Our daughter finished her year on the North Korean border (the land of not quite right) in February and is now at Benning with the RTB.[image]

She has spent the past two weeks supporting the "Best Ranger" competition spending her time picking up broken down soldiers.

This is her at Darby.[image]

Tough girl.

One reason why I didn't follow the job there when the Armor School moved from Knox.
I ended up elsewhere more NorthEast and much more interesting..

Congratulations Sir! She is one to be proud of for sure. As a parent or in-law of three newly promoted A/F Majors I understand that feeling in ones chest when you look at her picture like that.

Tell her thank you for her service!

Spectacular!

I saw the "Follow Me" patch. When I was there, that was OCS. Don't know what "RTB" is in todays Army nor what some of the uniform variations mean. Enlighten me...

She's cadre at the Ranger Training Battalion

:-)
Is she up for a real challenge?

Is she E-4 with at least 4 years left on the contract, or willing to extend?

I can get her in touch with a recruiter where she can find out just exactly what she's made of, if she wants to really go there.

No guarantees though. The washout rate is astronomically high.

Ranger!
