prior Gov shot down the law, thinking her signing allowing unloaded rifles/shotguns and cased/unloaded handguns in passenger compartment to be adequate changes.

Her opponent campaigned heavily on her not signing the Constitutional carry as passed by state senate. He won, and among first acts was to sign on the legislation swiftly pushed again thru senate.
